Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility and Account Use

You must provide accurate information when creating or using an account. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for keeping access to your phone, email and login methods secure.

You must not impersonate another person, misuse another person’s account or use SellMaro for unlawful activity.

2. Listings and Buyer Requests

You may only post items or requirements that you are legally permitted to sell, buy or advertise.

Listing titles, descriptions, photos, prices, locations and other details must be genuine and reasonably accurate. Misleading, abusive, illegal, prohibited or fraudulent content may be rejected, blocked or removed.

Duplicate, spam, deceptive or intentionally miscategorised posts may also be restricted.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You must not use SellMaro to commit fraud, harass users, distribute malware, send unsolicited bulk messages, collect personal data without permission, manipulate platform features or interfere with the security or operation of the service.

Users must not request OTPs, passwords, card PINs, UPI PINs or other sensitive authentication information from another user.

4. Transactions Between Users

SellMaro primarily connects users. A transaction, payment, inspection, delivery or handover arranged between users is their responsibility unless SellMaro expressly provides a specific managed service for that transaction.

Users should independently verify the item, seller, buyer, ownership, condition, price and payment details before completing a transaction.

5. Moderation and Account Restrictions

SellMaro may review content and may suspend, restrict or block accounts, listings, buyer requests or other activity where we reasonably believe there is abuse, fraud, policy violation, security risk or legal concern.

We may also preserve relevant records where required for safety, dispute handling or legal compliance.

6. User Content

You retain responsibility for content you submit. By posting content on SellMaro, you permit us to display, process, resize and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to operate and promote the marketplace.

You must have the right to use any photos, text, logos or other material you upload.

7. Availability and Changes

We may add, change, suspend or discontinue features as the platform develops. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability at all times.

We may update these Terms when necessary. Continued use of SellMaro after an updated version becomes effective means the updated Terms apply.

8. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent through the Contact Us page or to support@sellmaro.com.
